Street Roots Benefit Show

Starting November 5th I’ll be showing work as part of a photography exhibit fundraiser for Street Roots.  I’ve been shooting Polaroid portraits of the folks who help make the paper happen, from vendors who sell it on the streets to the staff and volunteers who put in long hours at the office making Street Roots a reality. The show is a group exhibit with some incredible local photographers and will be going on for the month of November.  We’ll be having an opening on the 5th, from 6-9pm, at Albina Community Bank in the Pearl as part of First Thursday.  Come check out the photography and meet some of the Street Roots crew.  This paper is both a concrete resource to help people in serious need and a gutsy antidote to mainstream media.  Be there…

Also, my Thailand kickstarter experiment has been a resounding success - thanks to everyone who participated!
